FAQ:
Q: Can I get free digital TV with my existing paid cable service?
A: Yes!, With HDHomeRun, you can receive all unencrypted DTV and HDTV content delivered by your cable company provider, even if you don't have a "Digital cable" package.
Q: Can I get free digital TV with just an Antenna?
A: Yes! With HDHomeRun and an antenna you can get HDTV broadcast in your area.
Q: Which channels will I receive?
A: Your cable provider must (by law) carry your local channels (like ABC, CBS, FOX, NBC and PBS) unencrypted. If you're using an antenna, the channels you receive depends on your location, the effectiveness of your antenna and your tuner. HDHomeRun's 5th-generation tuners can pull in signals that others tuners can't.
Q: Will all of my channels be in HD?
A: Our customers typically get most or all of their local channels in high-definition HDTV. You'll receive non-HD channels as pure, digital standard-definition TV.
Q: Will all my shows be in in HD?
A: Not all shows are in high-definition, but most prime-time shows, most late-night shows, most sports and many movies are broadcast in high-definition.
*HDHomeRun does not support satellite tuning.
