The AVerTVHD Combo PCI Express is a combination World Wide Analog and High-Definition TV receiver module. Easily watch analog or over-the-air HDTV or Unencrypted "clear" QAM (Digital Cable) in MPEG-2 video your PC. It can be used to record TV programs in high quality original MPEG-2 format, straight to the hard disk. Furthermore, users can connect AV equipment, such as a camcorder, DVD player, or game for audio/video capturing. In addition, the built-in MPEG-2 hardware encoder with advanced 3D comb filter lowers the consumption of CPU process and guarantees high-quality video content, such as instant recording, playback, and TimeShift features.
